The 2025 New Researchers Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt. It is centrally located to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park, and Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood with many restaurants, hotels, and nightlife options. It is a short drive from Nashville’s international airport and the Music City Center, where this year’s Joint Statistical Meetings will be held from August 2 to August 7.
Lodging
IMS can cover lodging expenses for a limited number of attendees who need financial assistance. These rooms are reserved at the Scarritt Bennett Center near Vanderbilt University’s campus, a short walk from the conference venue. These are dorm-style rooms with a single bed and a shared bathroom between two rooms. If you would like to be considered for financial assistance, please include this in your application.
